Hello and welcome to my website. My philosophy is that we all wish to be well, and that we can benefit from additional support and guidance at certain times in our lives. People come to see me for various reasons. Some may be experiencing a life transition or find themselves at a crossroad. Perhaps they are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or other challenges that most of us encounter at some point in our lives. Maybe things are generally fine but they would like to live a more vital and fulfilling life.
I strive to create a safe, inclusive and respectful environment that is accepting, compassionate and non-judgmental. My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative. I work to help individuals gain a better understanding of themselves, expand upon their strengths and acquire additional coping tools. I believe that every individual is unique and consider the whole person while drawing from years of experience and empirically supported treatment approaches.
